How Buronia helps you
Government forms in Deutschland are written by lawyers, for lawyers. We translate the bureaucracy into your language, do the eligibility maths, and write the application for you. You review, sign and submit.
Translates the bureaucracy
Every official term, every cross-reference, every footnote — explained in plain language in the language you speak. No more guessing what a section heading means.
Drafts the full application
A ready-to-print A4 cover letter plus the official form, pre-filled with your answers in the right boxes, in the official language of the authority.
Calculates your eligibility
Income limits, household size brackets, regional caps, age cut-offs — Buronia runs the numbers and tells you whether you qualify before you spend an hour filling in a form.
Builds your document checklist
A personalised list of every supporting document this specific authority needs from you — pay slips, tax certificates, rental contracts — with a note for each on where to get it.
- Hours decoding a 30-page government PDF in a language you don't fully read
- €200+ to a lawyer or social worker for help filling one form
- Application rejected for one missing document or one wrong box
- Re-applying months later — losing back-dated entitlement
- Form done in your language in under 20 minutes
- One transparent fee per application, no subscription
- Every required document listed before you submit
- Edit and regenerate the draft for 7 days, free of charge

Frequently asked
Is this an official government service?
No. Buronia is a private preparation service that helps you fill out the application correctly. The application itself you submit yourself to the official authority — we link you to it. The benefit is your legal right.
Why pay you when the form is free?
The form is free; understanding it isn't. Buronia handles the translation, the eligibility maths, and the supporting-document checklist in your language. If your draft can't be improved, you don't pay.
What about my data?
Stored encrypted in the EU. Deleted on request, automatically after 30 days. We are GDPR-compliant data processors. We never sell or share your data with anyone.
Which languages?
We render every benefit in the official language(s) of the country plus English, plus the most common immigrant languages for that country. If you don't see yours, message us on WhatsApp and we'll add it.
What if my application is rejected?
We can't guarantee approval — only the authority decides that. But we can tell you in advance, before you pay, whether the eligibility math says you qualify. If the authority rejects on a documentation issue we missed, message us on WhatsApp and we'll regenerate the draft free of charge.
Can I trust Buronia with my income and address?
We use Buronia's drafting workflow to prepare your text, never to train a public model on you. Your draft never leaves the EU and is encrypted at rest. Our drafting provider's API contract bans it from logging your input. If that's not enough, your data is auto-deleted after 30 days regardless.
